I took a long walk with a woman I'd only briefly met in the past. It was a group event and we began chatting. She was a professional in the media word, well known and well connected. She began telling me about a project she was excited about, but she wasn't sure anyone else would be interested in learning more about a small group of artists in northern Minnesota. Would anybody care?
I listened and got excited, too. I pointed out why people would care, giving her specifics, I connected the dots of her gifts, talents, and experiences and encouraged her to follow her intuition to dive into the project and see what happened.
But this wasn't just cheerleading. I have a gift for clearly seeing situations, people, motivations, and strengths and being able to articulate in specific detail why things matter while bringing possible solutions to seemingly impossible problems to light, and noticing all the ways someone is selling themselves short, keeping themselves small when something big is calling their name.
It's so easy to forget that none of us are doing this alone. I am here to help you remember: your gifts, your talents, your strengths. You already have everything you need to succeed and, yet, sometimes it is helpful to be reminded of all the things we are already doing right, that our dreams matter, and our tender hearts do, too.
A few months later, I saw her again, by chance. She immediately said, "I'm so glad to see you." She'd followed through on our conversation and had submitted grant applications to begin moving the project forward. She said, "It's all because of you. Thank you."
The funny thing is, she knew she had this dream inside of her, but she didn't know that talking with me would help her bring it to life, until she did.

How it works:
My sessions are dynamic, meaning I adapt them for each client’s needs. Sometimes talking is enough. An hour long session is perfect for this.
Other times, talking and creating together using simple art practices to ground the session and practice new tools is helpful. A session like this usually lasts 2 hours.
I may also recommend follow-up exercises to deepen the discovery work or anchor what’s new in-between sessions or after a one-off meeting.
What’s important to know is that our session time together is your time, so what resonates with you is what we will focus on.

1 Hour Session: $75
2 Hour Session: $150
Payable via Paypal. In person sessions are available by request. Sessions held on Zoom are recorded so you can relisten, because as you change, your ability to absorb what was revealed during a session will change, too.
For most clients, monthly meetings are perfect because they allow time to process, integrate, and practice new tools and new ways of being. And for some clients, a one-off meeting is all they need. The key is, you get to decide what works best for you.

I have a friend who is well along her spiritual path, but had a deep emotional wound she could not shake. It affected every part of her and had been haunting her for years before I offered her a channeling session.

There are hundreds of spiritual channels, but my sessions are unique because I combine channeling with creativity. Simply put, during the session the client draws basic line patterns they choose and I teach before I enter into a channeled state.
The drawing experience allows the human mind to focus on creating with pen and ink on paper while the body is fully immersed in the vibrational experience while the issue in question is gently resolved with non-judgment and unconditional love.
